项目专员（机械电气专业优先） 职位描述：
1，支持公司的全球出口业务，实时响应销售需求。并根据销售订单的要求，按照与客户的订购合同来协商预付款的内容和其他各项事务。
2，根据信用制度的签发要求，制作各种商业发票，装箱单，保险证书，公司机器出口以及检验证书或原产地证明等。
3，根据海外分公司和客户合同的具体要求进行出口FAT（出厂验收测试），以便对机器进行验收。
4，帮助客户申请签证，根据海外客户到达目的地的时间和时间表合理安排接送，住宿，在安全期间最大限度地保护客户以及在中国顺利进行的工作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械/电气相关专业优先
2. 优秀的英文听说读写能力，优秀的沟通能力，有商务支持，对接海外客户经验者优先
3. 熟悉MS Office软件的运用
4. 拥有客户至上意识，良好的抗压能力
Job Description：
1.Support the company’s global export business, realtime response to the sales demand. And in accordance with the requirements of the sales order, in accordance
with the order contract with the customer to negotiate the contents of the advance payment and various types.
2.According to the requirements of the letter of credit system after formal order issued. Make of various commercial invoices, packing list, insurance certificate,
for the company’s exports of machines and for inspection certificate or certificate of origin and etc.
3.Operate the export FATs (factory acceptance test) according to the overseas branch and the customers’ specific requirements of the contract,
in order to come to the acceptance of machinery.
4.Help customers apply for a visa, according to the arrival time and schedule of over sea customer’s reasonable arrangements for pick-up, accommodation, the maximum possible protection of customer during the safety and the work carried out smoothly in China.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major or knowlege in mechanical/electrical is preferred.
2. Excellent English and communication skills, with business supporting and docking clients overseas experience is preferred.
3. Good at MS Office.
4. Target and customer oriented, be able to work under pressure.
