Electronics Hardware, Project Design Leader 职位描述：

Purpose of this Job:

As part of a new product project and/or product design evolution, takes responsibility for management of a small Electronics Hardware dedicated technical team and technology to ensure successfully offer launch.


Regular Responsibilities:

? Clarify technical requirement, produce the technical specifications, guarantees performance and robustness

? Accountable for engineering quality and contributes to cost targets

? Manage daily design team activities and ensure the schedule target

? Take responsibility for design budget, in terms of workload, expenses and planning, in collaboration with resource managers

? Accountable for product qualification and certification

? Support manufacturing with Industrialization / manufacturing implementation teams




Knowledge and Skill Required:

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

? Bachelor or above with Electronic related major

? Strong ownership and be proactive

? Strong communication skills

? Good skills on electronics domain such as analog circuit, RF or power supply related circuit

? Good experience on EMC & Safety design and qualification

? Good troubleshooting skill

? Good English skills both on oral and written

? Good documentation skills such as design and test documentation
? Has relevant product development experience is a plus
