Job Description
1 Daily support training (internal and external) related preparation.
2 Assist learning material preparation and revision.
3 Follow up training courses, collect and analyze learners’ feedbacks.
4 Help with companywide projects related to corporate culture.
5 HR document translation.
6 Other tasks assigned by the L&D Manager.
Candidate Profile
1 Good at digital tool (H5,WeChat Group Operation, Movie Making).
2 Fluent in both written and spoken English.
3 Interested in L&D and other HR work.
4 Previous experience in MNCs will be a plus.
