职位描述：Job Description:
- Work closely with GM trading and sales colleagues to develop a wide range of practical work experience and broad understanding of the financial industry

- On the job training to develop specialist expertise:
•champion daily market update and local market news research
•data crunching, gather local market intelligence on new regulatory development and on our competitors (market share, benchmarking, evaluating strategy implementation etc)
•analyze market trends and explore new business opportunities/needs driven by new regulations
•assist with translation of local regulation to facilitate onshore /offshore communication
•work on assigned projects to deliver quality in-depth analysis on new business initiative, penetration of new client sets or streamline workflow to improve front to back operational efficiencies (including KOP enhancements)
