Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
The Service Technician role includes creating bill of materials and applies BOM changes in TDS. Support engineers in Project and Product Care Team.
As a Service Technician you need to work in very close cooperation with Engineering Office, Project Office, Logistic Department, Quality Department, Service stations and within the team of Product Care, BOM, NVR and Laboratory
As a Service Technician your main responsibilities are to:
• Creation of technical documentation in TDS system (service bill of materials, exploded views, service instructions, individual article numbers creation) based on customers insights
• Maintenance of service documentation
• Support other functions with product know-how
• New article numbers creation in Team Center and SAP
• Make necessary changes and supervision of bill of materials relates to service parts
• Support new product development in cooperation with Design Leaders and Project Managers
• Support Factory Departments (Logistic service supply)
• Support service stations
• Share information for other departments
• Attendance on trainings that supports job area
• Involvement in process and system developments
• Minor engineering related roles and areas handling

Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills / Competencies / Languages)
Education:
University degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge with 0-2 year experience
Minimum intermediate English knowledge (oral, written)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency within:
• Administrative job

• Writing and presenting technical reports (English)
• Work shop experience (e.g. practical)

Preferred Career Experience:
• Has some product knowledge of vacuum cleaners, small domestic appliances or similar mass produced products with many parts in plastic material
• Has some experience with service processes
• Has experience in SAP (or similar) system and technical documentation handling

Other Requirements:
