Human Resources Development Program will provide career development channels for talents in human resources related fields. This is a two-year developmental program, and during this period, trainees will get different rotation opportunities in different human resources function such as organizational development, compensation & benefit, recruiting, and working location will be in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Wuxi etc. We believe through the program will help trainees to understand the organizational structure and working process of human resources in Cummins China, meanwhile to accumulate experience and enhance capabilities to move to management positions in the future.
康明斯人力资源培训生项目将会为人力资源相关领域的人才提供新的职业发展通道。该项目为期两年,在此期间,培训生将会获得在组织发展、薪酬福利,招聘等不同人力资源模块以及北京、上海、武汉、无锡等不同工作地点轮岗的机会,帮助培训生全方位了解康明斯中国区人力资源的组织架构和工作流程,以便为培训生未来走向管理岗位积累经验和提升能力。
1.Career Mentor – We will assign a career mentor who will provide advice on the career development of trainees throughout the process.
专职职业导师引导:轮岗期间,康明斯为每个人力资源管理培训专门配备一位职业导师,全程为培训生的职业发展提供建议。
2.Comprehensive Training System – Trainees will experience full Cummins Human Resources Working System through rotation in different human resource models and workplaces, and we will provide professional skills training in different fields according to individual needs.
全方位培养体系:人力资源管理培训生将在不同人力资源模块和工作地点全方位接触康明斯的人力资源体系,同时我们会根据个人需求提供不同领域的专业技能培训。
3.Clear Career Development Ladder – While providing trainees kinds of opportunities to work and learn cross department, we also focus on development trainees’ leadership capabilities with a view to developing trainees into further managers and even leaders of Cummins in the further.
明确的职业发展阶梯:我们在为培训生提供充分的跨部门工作和学习的机会同时,着重发展培训生的领导能力,以期将培训生发展为康明斯未来的管理者乃至领导。
Qualifications:
1.Good English skills in oral, writing and reading;
良好的英语口语表达及书面能力;
Good at communication;
2.良好的沟通能力;
Team player & Quick learner;
3.具有团队精神且能快速学习,触类旁通
Strong logic thinking;
较强的逻辑思维;
4.4 days & 6 months working time preferred;
每周工作4天,持续6个月者优先;
5.Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历。
